Whether you are coming to see one of our Registered Massage Therapists or Acupuncturists, you do not need a doctor's referral.
If you claim the treatment under an extended health care plan, you may be required to get a physician referral as part of the coverage. Please check your policy to determine if this would be the case.

You can book a "Follow Up Visit" with any acupuncturist if you've been to our clinic within the last year. For visits after a year or with a new practitioner, booking an "Initial Visit" allows for a more comprehensive assessment. We want to ensure you receive the best possible care, so let us know if you have any questions about choosing an acupuncturist.

Your first visit is all about relaxation! We'll chat about your health goals, then you'll get comfy with calming music and warmth (optional). Thin, sterile needles will be used at specific points. They stay in for 15-40 minutes while you relax or even nap! We'll remove the needles and answer any questions. You can go about your day, but stay hydrated. We'll make sure you feel comfortable throughout. Just ask if you have any questions!
