Rates For Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) & Acupuncture

Registered Massage Therapy
RMTs provide evidence-informed, natural, non-invasive intervention for pain and dysfunction in the body’s soft tissue. Massage therapy adds the perfect amount of therapeutic release to complement and provide a greater opportunity to stretch and strengthen muscles.
RMTs will perform a comprehensive assessment based on history, observation, palpation, movement, neurology, referred sensation, and special tests as relevant. During the treatment, your RMT will design a specific treatment plan curated for you and give you proper stretches and exercises to implement during home care.

Sports Massage Therapy
Please arrive in or bring a change of sports bra/tank top and shorts. Treatments may include a functional movement assessment or assessment of sport-specific biomechanics, active rehabilitation, and stretch therapies. Traditional massage techniques will be applied to specific areas of concern.
60 Min Treatment – $140.00
Pregnancy Massage Therapy
Prenatal or postnatal massage tailored to your pregnancy needs includes, but is not limited to: promoting circulation, reducing tension in likely areas of the body, and reducing any stress that you may be experiencing due to pregnancy. All pregnancy massage treatments will be performed on a pregnancy cushion to help support your growing belly.

Acupuncture Treatments
Acupuncture is a safe and effective complementary and alternative form of medicine. Our Registered Acupuncturists offer acupuncture, cupping, gua sha (scraping), and moxibustion. While each of our acupuncturists has their unique specialty, they all treat patients for a wide range of health conditions:

Cosmetic Acupuncture
Cosmetic Acupuncture is a safe and non-invasive treatment that improves skin and fights aging by increasing circulation, flushing out toxins, reducing swelling, and increasing muscle tone and skin elasticity. Cupping Sessions
Cupping is used for pain, muscle recovery and tension release. It is used to improve circulation and release stagnation in the body. Cupping marks will usually go away within 3-5 days.
